Cancellation Policies

Azure Sirines Garden Apartment is an officially registered short-term vacation rental operating in full accordance with Greek legislation under Official Registry Number (AMA): 00003738239.

In compliance with Greek tax regulations, a mandatory Climate Crisis Resilience Fee applies to all bookings. The fee is €8.00 per night during the high season (March – October) and €2.00 per night during the low season (November – February). Please note that this fee is charged per night per apartment, not per person.

A valid ID or passport is required upon arrival. In accordance with Greek law, all bookings are registered with the local tax authorities. Rates include standard VAT and the mandatory Climate Resilience Tax, ensuring full regulatory compliance for your peace of mind.

Direct bookings enjoy a flexible 24-hour cancellation window. Beyond this 24-hour period, all bookings become completely non-refundable.
